What do I do about parking?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of attendees we will be unable to provide parking for this event. Although there are some single-yellow and disabled bay options in the surrounding streets, we would still recommend arriving early for your experience, or else using alternative transport where possible.

I can no longer make my experience - will you refund me?
Unfortunately, experiences are generally non-refundable.
What do I do if I want to change the date or time of my booked experience?
If you want to change the time of your experience, no problem - simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking confirmation and the time you would like to switch to, and we will amend this for you. Unfortunately bookings are not transferrable to alternative dates.
My discount code isn’t working - why is this?
Usually, this will be because the code you are using isn’t applicable for the specific date you are booking for, as often codes are for particular periods, e.g. preview shows, student discount days. Make sure to double-check when the discount code you have been provided with, is valid for your booking.
I forgot to include my discount code - can I add it on?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after the tickets have been booked. Ensure that you check your booking thoroughly before it is processed, and include any codes you wish to employ!
Does this event contain flashing lights/loud noises?
Yes, the show contains both loud noises, and flashing lights, and may therefore be unsuitable for sufferers of autism and epilepsy. The experience also includes sudden lighting and sound changes, and prolonged periods of darkness. Please email us at email@example.com for any specific queries.
I am a wheelchair user or mobility scooter user - is this show suitable for me?
Yes, it will be! Currently, the team at dotdotdot are in the process of confirming when they will be scheduling their accessible shows, and are aiming to ensure that there are limited restrictions. I require a carer - how do I book this, and is there a carer discount?
(Note: if you are a wheelchair user with a carer, please see the section I am a wheelchair user - is this show suitable for me?) For customers who require a carer, we offer a full discount on the carer ticket. Once you have decided on a booking date, please email email@example.com with your party size, desired date and information regarding your disability, and we will issue you the relevant discount code. Are there accessible toilets at the venue?
Yes - there are accessible toilets, located on the ground floor, in the main bar.
Is this show suitable for the fully or partially deaf, or hard of hearing?
Yes, definitely. You should note that there are occasional moments of directional sound used in the piece, and in some instances, the use of headphones. Jeff Wayne’s music is also used alongside the narrative. However, the show is multi-sensory and as such, these moments in the show should not affect or hinder your overall experience. Do you allow guide dogs?
Unfortunately, at present guide dogs will not be permitted to the regular shows. However, currently the team at dotdotdot are in the process of confirming when they will be scheduling their accessible shows, and are aiming to ensure that there are limited restrictions. Is there an intermission?
Yes, the show includes a 20 minute intermission in our Red Weed Bar, where drink and toilet facilities will be provided.
If I leave the experience, can I get back in?
Only in the case of an emergency are guests permitted to leave the experience. Once inside, the experience is ongoing, and any audience members who leave do so at their own risk, as they will not be permitted back inside. There are toilets and refreshment facilities provided midway through the experience, in the 20 minute intermission.
I am running late for my time slot and am going to miss my experience. What do I do?
If you are late for your experience, we will do our absolute best to allocate you the next available time slot on that day. However, due to the high volume of attendees please be advised that there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate you, and so always try to ensure you are early for your experience.
Can I sit down during my experience?
As this is as immersive experience, the event is a combination of sitting, standing and moving through environments. There will be certain experience rooms that are seated, and there will also be seating provided during the 20 minute intermission.
Can I bring food and drink inside the experience?
Food and drink is not permitted once inside the experience. There is a main bar before and after, where food and drink is available. There is also our Red Weed Bar in the Intermission of the experience. Intermission lasts for 20 minutes, and you will be asked to finish any refreshments before you begin the second half of your experience.
Can I bring my bike / my pushchair / my luggage to be stored at the experience?
Due to the high volume of attendees, please avoid bringing your larger items, as we cannot guarantee that we will have storage for them. We will provide a cloakroom for your smaller items.
